Fudge

Sponsor Fudge today for:

$20.00 / month

Fudge arrived at Rescue P.A.W.S after she was dumped on the streets and left to fend for herself. Unable to walk, Fudge was forced to drag herself around causing her stomach to become red raw and her hind legs to wear away to the bone. When she arrived at our clinic she looked so lost and unsure. After weeks of wound treatment, antibiotics and pain medication, she started to experience life as a puppy. Sadly, the damage to Fudge’s hind legs resulted in necrosis. The irreversible damage meant that amputation was the only option. Fudge lost both of her hind legs and her tail but she doesn’t let that stop her from having a zest for life. Fudge can usually be found scooting around the clinic or hauling down the beach on her wheelchair. She is a natural therapy dog who plays with everyone that enters the clinic and brings even the shyest dogs out of their shell.
